I could never have thought a week before I left for Curacao, the island I grew up on,
that I would return tanned, rested, jet lagged and ENGAGED!!!!!
The trip that went from some random drunk banter to a full on "we're leaving tomorrow!!!" plan. That was a bit of a shock to say the least. Before I knew it I was standing at the NSJF watching Alicia Keys perform(more about that next time)
I was hopelessly stuck at the beach for half of the trip, working on my perfect tan, drinking mojitos and reading magazines as I lay there, what a heavenly hell it was laying in the heat and swimming in the clear blue waters of the caribbean.
I hope your week was as good as mine, if so, I would love to know about it :-)
